INONI Limited, UK – SEPTEMBER 10, 2012 – INONI, a leading provider of programmable resilience and business continuity management software, today announced important changes and improvements to its INONI Lite™ product.
All INONI solutions are delivered and hosted via the INONI Platform, the powerful integrated toolset initially used by the UK financial authorities and the Business Continuity Institute to benchmark organisational resilience. The Platform provides a highly flexible environment for delivering customised, user-friendly business continuity plans and resilience programmes both quickly and efficiently.
INONI Lite™ is a low-cost web-hosted business continuity solution. It supports organisations, locations or departments that need a compact standalone BIA and BCP. Lite is scalable and provides high availability access to a secure account on an annual subscription basis. In addition, it provides a management system (BCMS) that aids and encourages alignment with ISO22301, the International Standard for Business Continuity.
Lite is the result of a period of intense activity by INONI’s product team following observations of risk attitudes amongst small and medium-sized organisations and subsidiaries. INONI found their priorities to be satisfying stakeholder requirements, protecting income and jobs, and preserving integrity and value. For privately-owned businesses, INONI found their emphasis to be on winning and retaining customers.
John Robinson, INONI’s MD said “We saw a need for a compact product that takes account of organisations’ requirements at this end of the spectrum – one that accurately reflects the balance they strike between commercial and operational risk. We used this premise to establish service and product functionality, covering basic needs at low cost. We believe INONI Lite more than meets this requirement and is ideally suited for both private and public sector applications, ranging from high street shops to doctors’ surgeries, and local offices to self-contained private enterprises.”
Lite features include:
- Off-the-shelf availability and no formal training requirement, beyond the need to understand basic BCM principles and practices, many of which are explained in the software
- Lite produces online results as data is supplied or edited. This provides positive feedback for users and incentivises completion
- Lite is pre-populated with example material with the freedom to edit and update extensively. This makes it possible to produce practical continuity plans quickly
- Lite offers a low minimum subscription of £99 plus tax, reducing procurement barriers to BCM. A free trial is also available.
INONI will host a series of webinars focusing on INONI Lite™ for large and small organisations. Visit www.inoni.co.uk/webinar to book a place. Alternatively, to arrange a one-to-one demonstration of INONI Lite or any INONI product, email email@example.com.
